Gottfried Friedrichs on synfoxx®/p: test winner, "very good"

FRIEDRICHS, the "Erste Hanseatische Feinfisch-Manufactur" decided on the solution from Systrion AG to improve the data quality and connection to the worldwide network of master data pools GDSN and rated the solution as "very good".

Since 1908, the Hanseatic family company has stood for responsible handling of the raw material fish and outstanding experience in fish processing, which is largely done by hand. The product quality, which is continuously monitored with a 5-point program, is the top priority. In product ratings, FRIEDRICHS products therefore also receive the rating "very good". Now they also wanted to modernize and improve the digital product world in order to also be a leader in logistics processes.

With the introduction of the master data management solution synfoxx®/p from Systrion AG, after an intensive evaluation and successful use in practice, FRIEDRICHS came to the conclusion that the solution met the requirements with the rating "very good".

Important selection criteria were the comprehensive support for a connection to the GDSN network, the mapping of product development processes, integration with the existing SAP system and the connection of customers who cannot be supplied via the GDSN.

With synfoxx®/p, FRIEDRICHS manages internal master data processes as well as the master data exchange with its customers via the German data pool atrify (formerly 1WorldSync). The workload was significantly reduced and the data quality increased at the same time.

“In the run-up to this project, we analyzed the current situation in the affected departments, what expectations there were and what the changes were after the introduction. Systrion provided us with first-class support and we are pleased that we were able to achieve our goals. The very good service from Systrion AG for all our questions on this topic is particularly convincing. We are now able to carry out further optimizations at FRIEDRICHS on the basis of synfoxx®/p”, says Thomas Niebur, Head of Supply Chain Management at Gottfried Friedrichs.
