Michael Friebel changes jobs from Unilever to Systrion AG
Systrion bolsters its team with Michael Friebel, who changes from Unilever to the specialist for master data and data quality solutions. As Head of Information and Data Management DACH, Michael Friebel had been responsible at Unilever for many years for the master data management strategy and the implementation of a respective organisation.
Starting July 1st, 2017, Friebel will be part of Systrion's team of experts, and offer his expertise and experience in defining and implementing master data management strategies to other companies as well. During his tenure at Unilever, the consumer goods giant achieved a thus far unrivaled quality of its product master data, which is generally thought of as the prerequisite for successful sales, especially in e-commerce. According to the "Lebensmittelzeitung", Unilever was able to improve its data quality from 55% to 99,2%.
In the past, Friebel had already given presentations on the subject and participated in roundtable events. He also held positions in professional groups and the advisory council of the GS1.
At Systrion, Michael Friebel is going to support the consulting division, which has grown continuously over the last years and supports top companies from the consumer goods and technical industries with know-how and solutions.
