We have made the onboarding process as easy as possible, in order for you to benefit from the advantages of the GS1 GDSN as quickly as possible. We support you in the first steps with simple step-by-step instructions, an extensive knowledge database and video training. If any questions remain, our support team will not leave you alone.
- You determine with which GLN you want to participate in the GS1 GDSN, in which target markets, and approximately the number of products (GTINs) that you want to publish or subscribe to per GLN and target market.
- You choose the tier and add-ons from our offer that best fit your needs.
- If necessary, you send us your data in a preconfigured format so that we can load it for you when you start.
- We add your company and your admin user to our data pool.
- We take care of registering your company and your GLN(s) in the GS1 GDSN.
- If you were already registered with another data pool, we will also take care of a smooth change.
- If you have sent us your data, we will load it.
- You now publish or obtain data in the GS1 standard and according to the GS1 GDSN processes (an overview of the processes can be found here).
- Congratulations, you are now a participant in the GS1 GDSN!
